Our winter walk for Aplastic Anaemia

On Sunday 15th January, Joanne and Guy took part in the London Winter Walk with Action Challenge group. The walk was in aid of the Aplastic Anaemia Trust, the only UK-based charity dedicated to raising funds for research into aplastic anaemia and other rare bone marrow failures.

They had a great time on the walk, and were joined by others – in particular good friend John Alexander, who undertook the walk despite having broken his pelvis under 9 months ago, and having since had an operation on it!

The route – a brisk stroll through London (including going up and back down Tower Bridge!) – totaled 20k. It was a fun day and all for a great cause – congratulations to all who participated.
